Scenic Luxury Cruises and Emerald Cruises are searching for a IT Fleet Manager.

The IT Fleet Manager will be based in Croatia. They will primarily lead and manage the IT Service delivery onboard all Scenic vessels, including internal and external resources across multiple capability areas.

This team is responsible for service delivery, support, and administration of shared IT services across the Scenic Group fleet of ships, including but not limited to end-user computing, server and network infrastructure, software licensing (including traditional, SaaS, etc) and other related technology on board.

Team members are in a variety of geographical areas including Croatia and travelling aboard river and cruise vessels throughout the world. 3rd party support teams and vendors are likewise located all over the world.

This is a shore based role based in Croatia - suitable candidates must be able to work and relocate to Croatia.
This position will also involve travelling to the vessels / shipyards as appropriate.

Previous experience within the IT department onboard a passenger vessel or in a Fleet IT role is required. Luxury passenger vessel experience is desired.

Start Date : ASAP
Salary: DOE - paid in Euros

We are looking for Second Engineers to join a luxury cruise company ASAP!

Candidates will primarily be a watch keeping officer in full charge of the watch, reporting directly to the 1st Engineer.

The chosen candidate will also supervise and check the maintenance and repair work by own crew and contractors, ensuring the vessel is operated within all international standards.

Candidates require a 2nd Engineer Unlimited CoC as a minimum, knowledge of diesel electric propulsion, and previous small cruise ship experience.

Single handed watch keeping experience is a must and experience as a Hotel/Refrigeration Engineer and with AWP systems is advantageous.

Excellent computer skills with AMOS, Refman, Word and Excel are required.


Rotation is 4 months on, 2 months off.


Salary will be paid in British Pounds or US Dollars, paid only whilst on board. Vessel travels to worldwide itineraries.

Wilson Ship Management are delighted to be in a position to recruit an experienced AV / IT / ETO for the passenger / cargo ship St Helena.

St Helena will act as floating paddock for the new Extreme E global race championship which is starting in early 2021.

The championship will promote sustainability and the adoption of electric vehicles to help protect the planet.

St Helena will be used to transport the championship’s freight and infrastructure, including vehicles, to the nearest port in each of its five race locations in , Greenland, Brazil, Patagonia and Saudi Arabia.

Experience:ETO qualification prefferable

All STCW relevant to passenger ships
